The Global Island Partnership is an open and entirely voluntary partnership available to any national or local government, agency or organization that shares its mission and supports the advancement of its objectives. These governments, agencies and organizations are usually referred to as ‘participants’ and generally will have attended a GLISPA event or contributed to supporting the Partnership either in-kind or financially.
